Field Trial Process

1. Qualification & Baseline

Not every problem is a fit for FlowPeak. We start by analyzing your specific operational challenge—whether it's a single underperforming well, a problematic pipeline segment, or a sludge-heavy storage tank.

We establish strict baseline metrics: current production rates, historical decline curves, pressure differentials, current treatment costs, or existing sludge volumes.

2. Trial Design

We design a controlled pilot limited to a single asset. The trial parameters are clearly defined, including the exact volume of chemistry to be applied, the application method, and the duration of the evaluation period.

Success criteria are agreed upon in advance. You know exactly what a "win" looks like before the trial begins.

3. Execution & Monitoring

The treatment is applied in situ. During the evaluation period, data is collected against the baseline metrics. We monitor for increased fluid production, reduced pressure, sustained flow rates, or liquefied sludge volume.

4. Evaluation & Scaling

At the conclusion of the trial, we jointly review the data against the predefined success criteria. If the trial is successful, we provide a structured commercial framework to scale the application across your affected assets.
